206 Bell

Adjacent to the Bell Street Park and numerous transit stops, 206 Bell represents the transformation of a brownfield into a connected, vibrant luxury apartment community. This new, mid-rise building located just south of downtown Seattle in the Pioneer Square neighborhood includes 168,000 square feet of office and retails space. 450 Alaskan features a rooftop deck, secured parking and a conference center and amenity space. The building is LEED Gold certified and offers bicycle storage, showers and lockers.  

5th & Yesler

This 41-story mixed-use high rise includes the 11 floors of The Sound Hotel at Belltown and 30 floors of apartments. Located in the Belltown neighborhood, Arrivé includes 142 hotel rooms and 342 apartments with rooftop lounge for residents showcasing 360-degree views.  

Ascent (SLU Fairview)

This high-rise residential building is situated in the South Lake Union neighborhood of downtown Seattle. With 24 stories and residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses, Ascent also includes a rooftop lounge and spa, dog run and pet wash and a courtyard.
