This unique luxury apartment tower in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood opened in late 2014. The 27-story tower features a number of distinctive features including a first-of-its-kind performance space called The Ground Floor Project as well as a resident bike workshop, p-patch and rooftop demo kitchen.

An emphasis on sustainable design underlines the tower’s community-forward character. Rushing’s Sustainability Studio provided a suite of services including administration of the LEED certification process, development of a green cleaning plan and measurement and verification plan development for the LEED-NC Silver certified project.
