Arbor Blocks (Blocks 52 and 57) are part of the Facebook Seattle offices located in the growing South Lake Union neighborhood. Block 52 is a 12-story office building with 301,679 square feet of total above-grade construction. The site also includes four levels of below-grade parking for approximately 423 cars. The site also includes public and private open, park-like space between buildings—also known as “woonerf” which is Dutch for “living yard.”  Block 57, two blocks west of Block 52, is an 11-story office building with approximately 200,000 square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of street level retail and 206 parking stalls in a four-story below-grade garage. Both sites are pursuing LEED Gold certification.
