LEED Green Associate
Jennifer is a sustainability consultant for the sustainability team at Rushing. She enjoys problem solving and has always been passionate about sustainability and the environment, which motivates her in her work. She loves working with and learning about the various building certification systems and the many sustainability solutions they incorporate.
Previously, Jennifer worked on various projects related to LEED, recycling and waste and natural resources as an aviation environmental intern. She graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in environmental and ecosystem sciences with minors in sustainable development and forestry. At WSU, she led and participated in sustainability and landscape architecture projects on and off campus, and was awarded the first-ever “Green Coug Award” for her efforts in waste reduction.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys watching superhero TV shows, spending time outdoors, reading and dancing. Her favorite dance styles are hip-hop, ballet and bachata.
