This mid-rise residential apartment complex located in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle was inspired by the San Juan Islands. Sitka features a pet lounge, tree house, fitness center, forested courtyard, and a rooftop garden and is adjacent to a neighborhood playground. With 400 apartment units, the complex also includes retail and common areas on the ground level and below grade parking. In addition to full electrical engineering design services, Rushing provided both interior and exterior lighting design.
