This new construction 119-unit mid-rise is the fourth affordable housing project in Yesler Terrace, a large public housing district situated near downtown Seattle. The project, which was completed in June 2019, includes one- to four-bedroom apartments situated around a secured courtyard complete with a playground. A parking structure and community rooms add to the amenities. Rushing provided HVAC and plumbing engineering services as well as energy modeling services for Red Cedar.
