The Seattle Downtown Design Review Board has tentatively scheduled the third design review of the 1101 Western project located on Seattle’s waterfront for May 12, 2020. Rushing is providing mechanical and plumbing engineering services for the site.

The 17-story tower is being developed by AMLI Residential and will go up over what is now a parking lot owned by Gonzaga University. With a retail podium, the site will include approximately 245 residential units, 164 parking stalls and 260 bike stalls, in addition to rooftop amenity space with waterfront views.
