A joint venture with Seattle’s Cornish College of the Arts, The Ivey on Boren in SLU is a 43-story apartment building that is home to approximately 406 residential units, a coffee bar, wellness lounge, dog spa, extensive terrace, and other amenities. Rushing’s Lighting Design Studio seamlessly integrated lighting showcases the well-appointed architectural detailing while achieving an incredible 35% reduction below energy code.

This project won the 2023 IES Illumination Section Award for Energy Efficient Design, demonstrating that energy efficiency and luxury can walk hand in hand.
