This 400-foot tower features 265 units and 4,726 square feet of retail space. The site includes rooftop amenities, a fitness center, and a club room. The project is being designed to LEED silver standard. Rushing provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, as well as sustainability consulting, energy services, and lighting design.  Opening to the public fall of 2021.
