Completed in 2021, this 43-story high-rise multifamily condominium tower is a statement structure in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. Spire offers 343+/- residential units and five levels of below-grade automated parking, becoming a unique and urban addition to the city. Designed with space as a priority, Rushing embraced the challenge of combining intelligent engineering with luxury design while keeping sustainability at the heart of the project, achieving LEED BD+C: New Construction v3 certification.

In addition to open layouts and iconic views, the building boasts five levels of thoughtfully curated common amenities: a rooftop deck, private dining, fitness center, co-working space, theater, storage, automated valet, café, and more.
