The East Link project is a major component of plans to expand light rail transportation in the Puget Sound region. When completed, East Link will connect existing light rail infrastructure in Seattle with new service lines on the east side of Lake Washington.

Rushing is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection full design services for six stations and one above-ground, 5-story parking garage that will serve the planned East Link route. The stations include a combination of below-grade, at-grade and aerial facilities at the following sites:

• Bellevue Transit Center
• South Bellevue
• East Main
• Hospital
• 120th
• 130th
