The Seattle Office of Art and Culture manages art initiatives throughout the city with an office located in the King Street Station in downtown Seattle. This tenant improvement project covered 17,250 square feet of the third floor of the station, expanding offices, a gallery space and a studio space. In addition to meeting requirements under the Sustainable Buildings and Sites Policy, Rushing also provided engineering services for other areas of King Street Station.
