Midtown Square is a modern mixed-income apartment complex that doubles as an art gallery due to an extensive mural located within its 18,000-square-foot public square. This two-building, each with six stories, complex houses approximately 432 mixed-income apartments and 250 parking stalls. Completed in 2022, this project is located in the Central District of Seattle and includes 27,000 square-foot of retail space.

As the proud recipient of a 2023 IES Illumination Section Award, the thoughtfully appointed lighting dynamically showcases the prolific art + textures of this space and, along with its vibrant pops of color, has solidified this space as a new gathering hub within the community.
