Rushing provided mechanical engineering services for this warm shell and core 6-story, 94,000 SF laboratory/ office/ research building to house biotech R&D tenants.  The project’s design included infrastructure for a 10,000 SF vivarium, fume exhaust systems, 100% outside air supply and exhaust, as well as office HVAC systems. Services performed in 2008-2009.

Rushing assisted the Owner in procuring over $90,000 in utility rebates for the project.
