• Multi-Family Residential Suburban Development of the Year: More than 100 Units at the 2019 NAIOP Night of the Stars for The Triangle. Our team provided lighting design for this residential building in Redmond.
• Multi-Family Residential Urban Development of the Year: More than 100 Units at the 2019 NAIOP Night of the Stars for Sitka. Our team provided lighting design and electrical engineering for this midrise apartment complex in South Lake Union.
• Preservation Development of the Year (gold) at the 2019 Elevate Awards for The State Hotel. Our team provided full lighting design services for the hotel and Ben Paris restaurant.
• Multifamily High-Rise Development of the Year (gold) at the 2019 Elevate Awards for Ascent. Our team provided lighting design for this 25-story apartment building in South Lake Union.
• Multifamily Low-Mid Rise Development of the Year (silver) at the 2019 Elevate Awards for Sitka. Our team provided full interior and exterior lighting design services for this 400-unit apartment complex.
• Illumination Award of Merit at the 2019 IES Illumination Awards for Stratus.
