This luxury West Seattle apartment is comprised of two seven-story buildings with 389 studio, one- and two-bedroom units in addition to 62,730 square feet of retail space. Named after Jim Whittaker, the first American to summit Mt. Everest and a Seattle native, Whittaker apartments features a clubroom, wine bar, numerous indoor and outdoor fireplaces,  a bocce ball court and a private, glass enclosed courtyard space. Rushing’s Sustainability Studio successfully managed Built Green 3-Star verification for this project.
