The five-story above grade parking garage at University Village totals approximately 350,000 square feet. University Village is an outdoor shopping and dining complex located near the University of Washington with more than 120 stores and restaurants, including local businesses. With ground-level retail, daycare and restaurant space, the design also included infrastructure for future development above the garage.
