Rushing was the Electrical and Mechanical Engineer of Record for the 160,000 square foot, $3.2 million dollar tenant improvement project for Philips Heartstream’s new offices in Bothell, WA. Renovations included approximately 35,000 SF of factory area. Working closely with the client and other consultants, Rushing reworked the infrastructure of an existing 289,000 SF branch facility to form a new corporate headquarters that would accommodate biotechnical research & development including lab testing, administrative offices, and meeting and conference rooms.
