This redevelopment project is transforming what was one of the first malls in America into a reimagined transit-oriented neighborhood. The 55-acre phased development will include retail, office, residential, hotel and dining space as well a park, fitness center, and ice arena. Rushing is providing conceptual planning for the central utilities, designing district heating and cooling as well as plumbing and electrical infrastructure for remaining retail, and new office buildings.
