Liberty Bank Building
Opened in 1968, Liberty Bank was the first black-owned bank west of the Mississippi. In 2015 redevelopment plans were initiated to transform the site into affordable housing. Today the new six-story Liberty Bank Building includes 115 apartments, a rooftop deck, and outside courtyard and secure indoor bike storage as well as 2,695 square feet of retail space.
