Rushing provided tenant improvement renovations to the historic downtown Amtrak train station. Included were HVAC and plumbing design, electrical, lighting, life safety systems and telecommunications cabling infrastructure design for 12,000 square feet of mezzanine.

Rushing was also responsible for historical lighting design for Back of House spaces including baggage handling, office areas, restrooms, break rooms and storage areas.  Pivotal lighting design covered the main lobby and ticketing areas.
