Project Description

Kaylee Levine

Sustainability Consultant
LEED Green Associate

Originally hailing from Pelham, New York, Kaylee got her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Pittsburgh. She supplemented her academic studies and got her first taste of the construction world as a co-op engineer at a contracting company building wastewater treatment plants in the DC area.

After graduating, Kaylee interned at an energy efficiency and building science company in New York City. She then departed on a journey to explore sustainability, ecological systems, and permaculture by working and living in eco-communities and organic farms throughout the US and the world. She is eager to use her engineering and construction knowledge at Rushing to make sustainability mainstream!

Kaylee’s favorite haunts include her yoga mat, most any path or trail, the ballet studio, and Goodwill.
