This 30-acre complex includes more than 2,600 apartments across six buildings, each with a range of amenities; the 285-room Westin Hotel for both short and extended stays; and approximately 247,000 square feet of high-tech office space. The site includes a three-acre outdoor park with performance space. Located near two Sound Transit East Link project stations to open in 2023, Esterra Park gives residents and visitors quick access to downtown Bellevue and Seattle. The final phase of the project will be completed in 2022.
