This five-story apartment building located in Seattle’s Central District offers low-income housing for seniors over age 55. With 60 studio and one-bedroom apartments the site is named after Ernestine Anderson, jazz singer from Seattle and graduate of Garfield High School. Ernestine Anderson Place (20th and Jackson) features a library, community room, classroom, exercise room and patio garden.
