Electrical project engineer
Chris grew up in Marinette, Wisconsin, along the shores of Lake Michigan. At 18, he left Wisconsin to join the U.S. Air Force and support the mission at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Montana. It was here where Chris’ curiosity with electricity and power generation and distribution systems developed. After 11 years in the Air Force Chris went on to complete a degree in electrical engineering with a minor in computer engineering at Seattle Pacific University. Chris worked as a network service engineering intern with Seattle City Light during his senior year of college, and it was in this role where he gained an appreciation and understanding of the National Electric Code and how it is applied to real world designs.
When Chris is not thinking about electricity and magnetism, he likes to cheer on the Seattle Sounders or explore the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Kelli, and dog, Otis!
