As a project manager and engineer, Austin always strives to improve mechanical building design. Austin is experienced in design/build projects and has unique expertise in cross-laminated timber (CLT) modular and factory-built residential apartment buildings. He always aims to provide smart, sustainable, and cost-driven designs to ease the construction process. Austin has helped design and engineer systems in several states for various mixed-use residential buildings, industrial systems, office core/shell, and office build-outs, as well as tenant improvement work for both office and residential spaces.

In addition to enjoying his spare time with family and friends, Austin is always exploring Seattle and what the Pacific Northwest has to offer. When he is not going out to eat, catching a movie, gaming, hiking, camping, biking, or swimming, he will usually be found playing pinball throughout the Seattle area (the international capital of pinball).
