Angela works in our sustainability studio supporting a range of projects from Living Building Certification, LEED and WELL Building. Angela has 15 years of experience in the commercial building industry ranging from building partnerships, nurturing strategic accounts and relationships to completing projects at an exceptional level. A degree in chemical engineering from the University of Washington combined with a graduate-level business certificate from Georgetown University gives Angela a unique perspective on projects and a talent for connecting technical details to overall strategic goals.
Angela is a certified project management professional (PMP), WELL AP and LEED green associate. In addition, she has spent several years studying sustainability and workplace strategy from a corporate perspective. She understands the relationship between business value and the power to do good in the world. Business advantage creation through social change initiatives power business results. Angela volunteers her time in the commercial building industry as NAIOP’s co-chair for sustainability and is a board member for CoreNet Global in Washington State. In her free time, she enjoys hikes on Bainbridge Island with her husband and two golden retrievers.
