Adjacent to the Bell Street Park and numerous transit stops, 206 Bell represents the transformation of a brownfield into a connected, vibrant luxury apartment community. The LEED-NC (New Construction) Certified project features 122 apartments, a rooftop deck, and electric vehicle charging stations.
Rushing’s Sustainability Studio provided LEED Management and Administration services for the project. Achievements include more than 11% energy savings over the ASHRAE 90.1 2007 baseline and annual savings of 32% of water usage compared to typical buildings.
Rushing supported the pursuit of LEED Certification with a multi-disciplinary range of services including energy modeling and fundamental commissioning.
