Over his 16-year tenure, Nathan’s pivotal achievement has been cultivating Rushing, now IMEG’s Seattle-based Energy Studio, elevating it from a peripheral function to a cornerstone of our integrative design approach. Looking ahead, Nathan is dedicated to addressing housing affordability challenges in cities like Seattle and nationwide, championing inclusive, walkable neighborhood designs that cater to diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
