Erica is a detail-orientated individual passionate about improving office organization and facility maintenance processes. As Rushing’s Administrative Services Coordinator, she provides efficient and reliable support to the entire team. She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and holds a Bachelor of Science in Community & Regional Development from the University of California, Davis. Her time there developed her interest in how community-focused resources come to fruition, and she is proud to play a role in Rushing’s projects.

Erica has a knack for solo travel in foreign countries. She spent four months living and working in various cities in Ecuador in 2021, appreciating the culture, enjoying the food, and improving her Spanish. These days, you can find her attempting to cook adventurous meals and enjoying the beautiful parks that Seattle has to offer.
