The newest tower to Skyline’s senior living campus has topped off—rooftop steel and concrete for the 21-story apartment building named Olympic Tower was recently completed.

Olympic Tower adds 76 apartment units and parking to the Skyline campus in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, which includes 26-story and 12-story senior living buildings.

Rushing provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering for the existing campus buildings, and is providing MEP engineering for Olympic Tower, as well as lighting design, energy and commissioning services.

With more than 60% of Olympic units presold, the tower’s numerous amenities are drawing buyers—a full-service spa; 240-seat performing arts center; bar, café and restaurant; housekeeping; valet and transportation; and each unit positioned on a corner of the building.
