A new mid-rise residential building is in the works at 434 Kirkland Way in Kirkland, Washington. The eight-story mixed-use building will include approximately 170 apartment units above a new PCC Community Market. Rushing is providing sustainability consulting, commissioning services and lighting design for the project.
Pursuing LEED for Homes Multifamily certification for the residential floors, site plans call for approximately 275,000 gross square feet with below-grade parking. Project team members include Baylis Architects and the Schwartz Company.
