City Center Lynnwood

Offering affordable housing for qualifying applicants in Lynnwood, CityCenter’s pet-friendly apartments include an exercise room and a game room. The building features 347 residential units in five stories over two levels of parking. Rushing provided LEED for Homes Mid-Rise Silver certification services for this project.
