Rushing provided commissioning services for this project that included 12,000 SF of vivarium renovation space . Mechanical systems included 100% outside air and exhaust systems serving the vivarium, offices, labs, cage wash, and support spaces. Upgrades to the DDC controls systems were made while the adjacent spaces were occupied.

Rushing was the MEP Engineer of Record for the relocation of this tenant in South Lake Union. Construction cost equaled $12.5 million and was completed in April 2011.
