The Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) is ready to open their new An Lac apartment building in the Little Saigon neighborhood of Seattle. The six-story project includes 69 apartments, office and retail space and will serve as LIHI’s new headquarters.
Rushing provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for the project as well as energy, commissioning and lighting design services for the project, meeting the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards.
The studio, one- and two-bedroom units include kitchens and Energy Star appliances and plank flooring. Residents will also have access to on-site laundry facilities and community gathering space.
