A new 31-story condominium tower in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, called the Graystone, is now welcoming reservations by interested buyers. Rushing is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering as well as lighting design and sustainability consulting for the project, pursuing LEED certification.
Daniels Real Estate is developing the Graystone, named after Graystone Manor, a former residential hotel in the neighborhood once offering fine dining, a music room for performances and boasting “richness, taste and comfort of furnishings … call bells, closets and telephones in every room” and “electric lighting.” The new Graystone condominiums will certainly follow the footsteps of its namesake in terms of the luxury experience offered to its owners in the present day.
The tower, scheduled to open in 2022, offers 271 condominium units with amenities including a private dining club, media room, and outdoor rooftop plaza with views of the region. The project also includes a and fitness area on the second floor overlooking a street-level outdoor waterfall park open to the public. In addition to Daniels Real Estate, project team members also include Turner Construction, LMN Architects, Hewitt Architects (landscape) and Robin Chell Design.
