Construction is planned to begin in October on a 17-story affordable housing project in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood. Rushing is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering as well as energy services and lighting design for the project.
Designed by Weber Thompson, the site is a joint effort between Bellwether Housing and Plymouth Housing, built on land donated by Sound Transit. Situated near the First Hill streetcar line, the tower will include 365 affordable housing units as well as resident amenity and retail space.
