Leeward (1319 Dexter)

Leeward is a residential mid-rise with one- and two-bedroom apartments. The seven-story, mixed-use building with 286 residential units within 359,431 square feet features ground floor retail, basement areas, and 229 underground parking spaces. The project has been awarded LEED™ for Homes Multifamily Midrise Gold certification.

Situated in the First Hill neighborhood of downtown Seattle, this 35-story condominium tower includes 168 one- and two-bedroom floorplans. This eight-story, 146-room hotel is in the South Lake Union neighborhood of downtown Seattle. This six-story apartment building in Portland, Oregon, includes retail and restaurant space.
