Opened in 1968, Liberty Bank was the first black-owned bank west of the Mississippi. In 2015 redevelopment plans were initiated to transform the site into affordable housing. Liza Apartments (2517 Eastlake)

This new, eight-story, 200,000 square foot multi-family residential apartment building is situated in Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood which borders Lake Union. Situated in the First Hill neighborhood of downtown Seattle, this 35-story condominium tower includes 168 one- and two-bedroom floorplans. Marlowe is a South Lake Union mid-rise residential building situated in the South Lake Union neighborhood of downtown Seattle. The seven-story apartment building includes studio, one- and two-bedroom units as well as a rooftop deck, co-working space and other common areas. The NEXUS condominium tower, located in Seattle’s fastest-growing neighborhood, the Denny Triangle, opened in 2019. Sequel is a 12-story luxury apartment building in downtown Seattle, just steps from Pike Place Market.
