This three-story, 35,000 square foot mixed-use building provides low-income housing for youth in Everett, Washington. Cocoon House is a non-profit that provides services and housing for homeless youth, with this building serving as a long-term housing option, including 40 housing units, commons and office space. The project earned LEED Silver certification.  

This 16-story building in downtown Seattle includes approximately 165 apartment units, ground-level retail space and parking for 135 cars. Cyrene offers controlled-access parking with electrical vehicle stations, three separate lounge areas, an entertaining kitchen, theater lounge and rooftop club room.

Rushing provided MEP Engineering, Project Management, and Retro-Commissioning services for the upgrade to the life-safety shaft pressurization fans, ductwork, life-safety controls, fire-smoke and related dampers, and accessories. The building is a 15-story, 125,000 SF historic office building. Rushing also provided cost estimating, and project management during construction.
