Next Tuesday, Director of Mechanical Engineering Eric Vander Mey will speak at NAIOP Washington Sustainable Development Committee’s first breakfast meeting of the year. Eric will summarize key energy code impacts that transformed Seattle real estate development in 2016 and what to anticipate in 2017. He will be joined by Brett Phillips of Unico Properties and Grace H. Kim of Schemata Workshop, who will provide highlights of ENERGY STAR benchmarking and the outlook for transit oriented development in the coming year.
