206 Bell

Adjacent to the Bell Street Park and numerous transit stops, 206 Bell represents the transformation of a brownfield into a connected, vibrant luxury apartment community. The LEED-NC (New Construction) Certified project features 122 apartments, a rooftop deck, and electric vehicle charging stations. 450 Alaskan

This new, mid-rise building located just south of downtown Seattle in the Pioneer Square neighborhood includes 168,000 square feet of office and retails space. 450 Alaskan features a rooftop deck, secured parking and a conference center and amenity space. The building is LEED Gold certified and offers bicycle storage, showers and lockers.  

624 Yale

This nine-story South Lake Union apartment building includes approximately 200 studio, one- and two-bedroom units. 624 Yale offers indoor/outdoor rooftop entertainment space, a courtyard water feature, speakeasy-style den, fitness center and business center.

5th & Yesler

Rushing’s Sustainability Studio worked with the client, Martin Selig Real Estate, and the project team to establish cost effective sustainable design strategies for this 17-story, 400,000 SF high-rise mixed-use building with office and retail space.  During the construction process, the Sustainability Studio trained the construction team on waste and indoor air quality management processes.  In order to ensure sustainability strategies would…

This 293-unit apartment building located in South Lake Union offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. AMLI SLU is LEED Silver certified and offers a fitness center, clubroom, sky deck and green roof, conference room, wood working and craft brewing labs, access-controlled parking garage, pet spa, bike repair station, electric car changing stations and two courtyards.

Arbor Blocks (Blocks 52 and 57) are part of the Facebook Seattle offices located in the growing South Lake Union neighborhood. This high-rise residential building is situated in the South Lake Union neighborhood of downtown Seattle.
