Plans for a 42-story hotel and condominium tower in Belltown have been updated to include co-living units. Rushing is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering as well as lighting design, energy modeling, sustainability consulting and commissioning services.
The design, which initially called for lower levels of co-working units, has been updated to offer more amenity space. The tower will feature a unique podium design, integrating an existing 100-year-old building in the facade. Ankrom Moisan will be the architect of record for the project.
Featuring a mix of hotel, apartment and condominium space, the site is also set to include below-grade parking, a speakeasy, banquet space, a chapel and parking for 350 bicycles.
