Three 600-foot towers, known together as Cloudvue, are in the works for downtown Bellevue—two office towers and one hotel and residential combination tower. Rushing is providing energy services for all three 600-foot office and residential towers, as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for the residential tower, plaza and underground garage.
The complex will total 2.2 million square feet—1.5 million square feet of office space, more than 700,00 square feet of apartment and hotel space and 40,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The seven stories of below-grade garage will offer 2,400 parking spaces totaling 1.4 million square feet.
Located short walk from the Downtown Bellevue Link light rail station, the site is being developed by Stanford Hotels who have brought on ZGF Architects to design the offices towers and Weber Thompson to design the residential and hotel tower.
Plans call for the first office tower to open in 2026, with residential/hotel tower and second office tower to follow. Learn more at bizjournals.com.
