A new 21-story Bellevue office tower is in design review with the City of Bellevue. Rushing is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering as well as lighting design and energy services for the site, which is the first of three phases planned by developer Fana Group.

Designed by Washington-based architect CollinsWoerman, plans include more than 426,000 square feet of office space, retail space and a new plaza. The site is a short distance from the planned downtown Bellevue light rail station as part of Sound Transit’s East Link expansion project.

Rushing is also a project team member for Fana’s nearby Plaza 305 hotel and condominium tower development.
