Project Description

Seattle, Washington
Looking out over Lake Union, Dexter Station is a Class A office building offering 10 floors of flexible, efficient, state-of-the-art workspaces and a design that encourages collaboration. Dexter Station’s location along the protected bike lanes of Dexter Avenue and two blocks from Lake Union Trail makes it an ideal spot for Seattle’s carbon-free commuters. The site is also adjacent to transit connections to South Lake Union and Downtown.

Among numerous sustainable design elements, Dexter Station operates with a unique building management system, provides charging stations and priority parking for electric and low-emission vehicles, and includes a cutting edge, energy-efficient LED lighting design.
