A major icon in the Downtown Bellevue commercial core, the 27-story City Center Bellevue is a LEED Gold certified space. Rushing teamed with the owner, American Assets Trust, to identify strategies for capital improvements and low and no cost energy saving strategies. By incorporating a suite of services which included studying energy conservation savings measures, a Level I and II ASHRAE Energy Audit, BMS upgrade and building commissioning, Rushing assisted AAT both in achieving LEED Gold recertification and saving on operating costs. Rushing helped AAT secure $585,000 in incentives from Puget Sound Energy!
