Located in the Seattle's South Lake Union urban area, Rushing is located near three of Seattle Metro's bus stops. It is also close to the Ride Free area of the downtown core and is within walking distance to many transit options. Rushing provides resources to their employees that allow for easy bicycle commuting. Many of Rushing's employees choose a bicycle over an automobile for their commute. Any community resources that are not available in the South Lake Union area reside in the immediately adjacent neighborhoods of Capitol Hill, Belltown, Queen Anne, Seattle Center, and Fremont.
