A highlight of the new tenant space is the fresh approach to construction and materials and the impact it has had on the air quality. All materials used on the project met strict standards for off-gassing and chemical content. Measures were taken by the construction team during and after construction that resulted in less construction particulates in the air. Taking advantage of the existing facade, the office achieves 98% daylighting and allows for access to views for all employees.
